1.0	Opening speech by the Vice Chairperson Yuki Bong, the vice chairperson of the English Club welcomed everyone to the first club meeting for the second half year of 2018. She chaired the meeting because Steven Chin, the Chairperson, had been offered to do diploma course at UPSI, Perak. She urged the new members of the club to continue working together, show good attendance in every meeting and stay active in all the activities organised by the club.	Yuki Bong Chun Jia
2.0	Confirmation of the minute of the previous meeting The minute of the previous meeting was agreed by Pheodora Pamela Natashya and confirmed by Gigi Chin.
3.0	Matters arising from the minute of the previous meeting There was no matter arising from the previous meeting.	Secretary
4.0	Speech by teacher-in-charge Mr Gepat Ak Gedip, the teacher-in-charge, welcomed everyone especially the new club members, to the meeting. He reminded everyone that co-curriculum was very important and encouraged every member to stay active by attending all the meetings and participating actively in all the club’s programmes.
